Fish Pie

A well-loved pub classic for 4. Preparation time: 30 mins.

You will need:

1 tsp wholegrain mustard 

200g breadcrumbs 

450g fish pie mix 

5g organic dill, chopped

400g creme fraiche 

• Salt and pepper 

1 organic, unwaxed lemon, zested and juiced 

• organic flat leaf parsley, chopped

Method:

STEP ONE
Preheat the oven to 200C.

STEP TWO
Mix the fish, mustard, parsley, dill, creme fraiche, lemon zest and juice together in a pie dish. Season with salt and pepper.

STEP THREE
Sprinkle over the breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are crispy and the fish is cooked through.
