Dennis Relojo-Howell (MSc Psychology, 2014) a mental health advocate and founder of psychology website Psychreg, is co-hosting Good Mental Health Festival.

The virtual mental health festival will take place on the eve of World Mental Health Day on Friday 9th October at 10:00 – 16:00.

GMH Festival is a one-day virtual mental health festival which will feature positive mental health talks, presentations, and workshops. Organised by Calmer and Psychreg the event aims to identify ways on how we can nurture our mental health and well-being. GMH 2020 will also underscore the importance of thriving in our work and all aspects of our lives.

Psychreg is recognised by Vuelio as one of the top mental health blogs in the UK and has been recently named ‘Blogger of the Year’ by Mental Health Blog Awards.

Known as the world’s first blog psychologist, Dennis first came to the UK in 2013 to pursue an MSc in Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire.

He launched Psychreg in 2014 while doing his MSc degree. Soon after finishing his studies, he started organising conferences and mental health events in different countries.

Dennis says: ‘My time at the University of Hertfordshire instilled on me the importance of creating conversations around mental health so that we can address the stigma around it, and ultimately seek ways for us to nourish our mental health and well-being.

‘To date, I have organised conferences in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Romania. The Good Mental Health Festival is the first event that I’ve organised in the UK and I’m excited about it.’

The online festival will feature world-renowned thought leaders in the field of mental health, business development, psychology, and creative industries. For more details visit the website.
